Before the event, we research the company, sector, audience, and tool stack. In the room, we work on real tasks: reports, client processes, sales follow-up, research, presentations, internal communication, customer support, finance workflows, or management prep.

Inside the room
A standard half-day format. The same logic can scale down to a 90-minute keynote or up to a 2-day internal hackathon.
Each team brings one real problem from this week. We select the sharpest examples and map the work before touching AI. Tasks can be: a slow report, a client process, a research task, a presentation, a repetitive email chain, a decision note, a customer support pattern, or a finance/operations workflow.
We rebuild one task live in front of the room. Not as a polished demo. As real work. Wrong outputs are included because they teach people how to check, refine, and control AI instead of trusting it blindly.
