Events & keynotes

Make AI adoption visible in the room.

High-energy AI events, keynotes, and internal workshops where teams do not just hear about AI. They see how their own work can change. Built for companies, conferences, partner events, and leadership rooms that need practical momentum, not another inspirational AI talk.

    01

    Practical tool exposure

Participants work with tool categories already present in modern business work.

    02

    Reusable session assets

Sessions can leave prompt sheets, task patterns, checklists, or manager notes depending on format.

    03

    Real workflows, not generic demos

The session connects AI tools to actual business tasks.

    04

    International practice, local delivery

We bring current AI adoption methods into local rooms, in English or Romanian.

Public events are free. The condition is simple: practical only - no general presentations, no slides, no theory.

    The event problem

Most AI events create excitement. Then nothing changes.

People watch a demo. They take photos of slides. They say the session was interesting. Then on Monday, they return to the same reports, meetings, emails, research, and manual workflows.

    "That is the failure."

The event showed what AI can do. It did not show how AI changes the work people already do.

    What our events do differently

We turn the event into an adoption trigger.

What work should your team stop doing the old way after this event?

Before the event, we research the company, sector, audience, and tool stack. In the room, we work on real tasks: reports, client processes, sales follow-up, research, presentations, internal communication, customer support, finance workflows, or management prep.

    /01

Participants leave with examples, prompt sheets, workflow patterns, and a concrete next step. Not inspiration. Adoption momentum.

    Inside the room

What a live AI adoption session looks like.

A standard half-day format. The same logic can scale down to a 90-minute keynote or up to a 2-day internal hackathon.

    1. 00:00

      Work intake

Each team brings one real problem from this week. We select the sharpest examples and map the work before touching AI. Tasks can be: a slow report, a client process, a research task, a presentation, a repetitive email chain, a decision note, a customer support pattern, or a finance/operations workflow.

    2. 00:30

      Live rebuild

We rebuild one task live in front of the room. Not as a polished demo. As real work. Wrong outputs are included because they teach people how to check, refine, and control AI instead of trusting it blindly.

    3. 01:30

      Team build

Teams work on their own problems. They test prompts, improve inputs, compare outputs, document useful patterns, and turn their first AI-assisted version into something reusable. Nobody only watches. Everyone builds.

    4. 03:00

      Showcase and sharpening

Each team shows what changed. The room sees what worked, what failed, what can be reused, and what should become a team practice. We sharpen the strongest outputs on the spot.

    5. 04:00

      Adoption capture

Participants leave with: a working example or prototype per team, a copy-paste prompt sheet, a list of workflows worth adopting, a one-page next-step plan, and practical examples management can review afterward.

    Formats

Three formats. One standard: real work, not AI theatre.

    0190 minutes · Up to 500 people

    Keynote + live build

Built for conferences, partner events, company days, leadership offsites, and large internal events. The keynote sets the adoption problem, then ends with a live AI build based on a problem from the audience or the sector.

Walk out with: recording, prompt sheet, one fully built example from your sector, adoption questions for teams to use afterward.

    02Half-day or full-day · 15 to 55 participants

    Hands-on AI adoption workshop

A practical session where teams work on real tasks using the AI tools they already have access to. The goal is not to “learn AI” in general. The goal is to change how one recurring task is done.

Walk out with: 1 working workflow or prototype per team, reusable prompt sheet, examples built from participant tasks, next-week adoption plan.

    031 to 2 days · Custom scope

    Internal AI hackathon

A structured internal event where teams turn real company problems into AI-assisted workflows, prototypes, or decision tools. We design the brief, guide teams during the build, define judging criteria, and run the final showcase for leadership.

Walk out with: 5 to 10 working prototypes or workflows, ranked shortlist for adoption, judging framework, leadership showcase, recommended next steps.

    Pricing

A 30-minute call is enough to confirm the audience, format, context, and right level of preparation. From there, we send a specific proposal within 48 hours.

No catalogue pricing for events. Every event is built around the room, the audience, and the adoption outcome.

    Frequently asked

    Before you book the call.

Two to three weeks is ideal. That gives us time to research the company, sector, audience, and teams in the room. Tighter timelines can work if we narrow the prep scope.

That is common. We adapt the format. For beginner rooms, we focus on basic AI literacy, safe use, simple task transformation, and low-risk workflows. For advanced rooms, we move faster into prototypes, decision tools, agents, and reusable workflow patterns.

For keynotes, no. For workshops and hackathons, yes. Participants should bring laptops and access to the tools your company already allows: Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, or internal tools.

Yes. Sessions can be delivered in English, Romanian, or mixed format depending on the audience.

Yes. For internal events, we can work under NDA and adapt exercises so sensitive information stays protected. We can also use anonymized or synthetic examples when needed.

You receive the resource pack, prompt sheets, examples, and recommended next steps. If the event surfaces strong use cases, we can scope a follow-up adoption sprint or internal program.

    When budget is the objection

Your AI adoption event may already have a funding route.

Some AI adoption programs can be structured around vendor MDF, partner incentives, co-sell motions, or digital grant opportunities when relevant. This is especially relevant for technology partners, vendors, and companies already working inside Microsoft, Google, AWS, or similar ecosystems. We can review the format and see whether the event can be connected to a larger adoption or enablement program.
